The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join their friendly Conveyancing team. You may be looking to take your first steps into a Legal position, or you may already have experience. Responsibilities: The Conveyancing Legal Assistant will provide direct support to the Practitioner, for example by: Assisting clients both in person and by telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly manner Making appointments, arranging meetings and diary management for the Practitioner Providing support and guidance to other members of the team and wider team Preparing correspondence and documents including audiotyping File management Preparing mail and enclosures for despatch Arranging for all copying to be completed Securing the confidentiality and security of the firms client documentation and information Committing time to training and self-development Skills and Qualifications Legal experience essential, conveyancing legal experience preferred.
