Job Title: Content Creative Manager / Creator
Location: London (Office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – some flexible hours possible)
Salary: £42,000
Overview:
We’re looking for an ambitious Content Manager / Creator to join our team, supporting our client FMCG client. This is a hands-on, highly creative role where you’ll be producing, shooting, and editing content for social platforms, while also contributing to ideation and client communication.
This isn’t a managerial position- you’ll be a doer, a maker, and a visual storyteller who thrives on bringing content to life. You’ll work across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels to create campaigns that engage audiences, cut through the noise, and reflect the brand’s tone and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Content Development
* Ideate, script, storyboard, and pitch bold content ideas that align with brand and campaign objectives.
* Bring creative energy to brainstorming sessions and team discussions.
Content Production
* Shoot, direct, and produce both short-form and long-form social content.
* Capture high-quality visuals and audio, using iPhone or professional camera setups.
* Experiment with lighting, framing, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
Post-Production & Editing
* Edit content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools.
* Add motion graphics and animation to elevate the visual impact of content.
* Ensure all content is optimised for platform specifications and audience engagement.
Social-First Strategy
* Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and audience behaviours.
* Apply insights to ensure content performs across channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Client Communication & Collaboration
* Present content concepts and executions confidently to clients.
* Respond to briefs, incorporate feedback, and manage client expectations.
* Work closely with account teams, strategists, and internal creative colleagues to manage timelines and delivery.
Project Management & Execution
* Maintain content calendars, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality output.
Requirements:
* 3–5+ years of experience in content production, social media, or creative roles.
* Proven ability to produce and execute content for brands, across multiple platforms and formats.
* Strong hands-on editing skills in Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut.
* Confident behind the camera – shooting, directing, and editing content independently.
* Experience with motion design, animation, and visual storytelling.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
* Highly self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about content creation.
* Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present ideas and incorporate feedback.
Desirable:
* Experience working in FMCG or consumer brands.
* Ability to contribute to strategy and creative brainstorming, not just execution.
* Experience with iPhone filming and social-first content production.
