Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
* Engage with customers, providing product knowledge and exceptional service.
* Support the training and development of team members to enhance their skills.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-stocked.
* Handle operational tasks, including cash management and inventory control.
* Step in for the Store Manager when needed, ensuring smooth operations.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
