Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Manufacturing Systems Leader to contribute to the Terex Dungannon Production Control team.

Position: Manufacturing Systems Leader
Location: Dungannon (200 Coalisland Road)
Reporting to: Production Control Manager
Hours of Work: 39hrs 45mins per week
What you will do
Reporting to Production Control Manager you will be responsible for heading up a team to ensure data compliance and control. You will guide and effectively implement production control methods with a clear goal to develop and implement production schedules, reduce inventory and maintain system integrity.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Enforcing a data driven culture throughout the team.
2. Develop and implement production schedules based on Sales forecasts.
3. Inventory management.
4. Spares and auxiliary order management.
5. Developing and maintaining processes to actively increase information accuracy.
6. Implementing standard work processes within your department and effectively training team members in all aspects.
7. Developing team members to be customer driven.
8. Maintain good communication with all relevant Customers and Departments.
What you will bring
9. A minimum of three years’ experience working with MRP systems.
10. Key knowledge of bill of materials.
11. Route cause analysis of system errors.
12. Good problem solving skills.
13. Excellent computer skills particularly within Microsoft Office.
14. Prior Knowledge of oracle systems would be desirable.
15. A good understanding of lean principles would also be desirable.
16. Ability to work under pressure.
17. Self-management skills.
18. Commercial Acumen, with a result driven attitude.
19. Process management skills.
20. Flexibility.
21. Good interpersonal skills.
