Our client is seeking experienced Multi-Trader for a temporary contract on a project.This vacancy is being advertised by a recruitment agency acting on behalf of the employer.

Location: Various domestic properties (voids)
Pay Rate: £21 per hour
Start Date: To be confirmed
Duties:
* Completing a range of maintenance and repair tasks including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and patch plastering
* Carrying out making-good works and general property repairs
* Assisting with full void refurbishments where required
* Ensuring properties are left clean, safe, and ready for handover
* Working efficiently to meet tight deadlines on void turnarounds
* Following all site health and safety regulations
* Reporting any additional works or issues to site management
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS card (essential)
* Proven experience as a Multi Trader, ideally within domestic or social housing void properties
* Skills across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc.)
* Own tools and PPE preferred
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Understanding of health and safety on site
