As Quotes & Tenders Specialist, you will support the tender & bid management elements of our business. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, researching and understanding individual pre-qualification and tender requirements to ensure accurate, fully compliant submissions that meet deadlines. You will be the first point of contact for all quotes and related enquiries from internal and external customers.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
1. Review all tender adverts for new business and coordinate with the account manager to determine if we will submit a proposal.
2. Coordinate high-quality tender submissions in a timely manner, including downloading/uploading documents via procurement portals, managing approval processes, and liaising with Commercial teams.
3. Undertake and complete PQQ, PFQ submissions, and technical/compliance information for tenders and expressions of interest.
4. Gather supportive data from colleagues and maintain a library of standard responses and documents.
5. Process reagent rental contracts in SAP.
6. Prepare quotes according to customer requests, ensuring all information is correct and compliant with pricing policies.
7. Manage the approval flow of open quotes to ensure timely delivery and high quality.
8. Assist in producing new documentation and templates as needed.
What You Bring:
* Experience in a similar role and industry is preferable.
* Fluent in English and Dutch; French is desirable.
* Knowledge of the life sciences and clinical diagnostics market is a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent written communication.
* Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and at different organizational levels.
* Good computer literacy and presentation skills.
* Experience with SFDC and SAP is desirable.
