The Service Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating service field operations for large direct customers and key strategic accounts. This position ensures service requests are handled efficiently, technicians are dispatched promptly for urgent break‑fix issues, and service delivery meets customer and business expectations.
This is a fast‑paced coordination role requiring strong organisation, communication, and customer focus.

What you will do
• Coordinate service field operations for large direct clients and strategic accounts
• Handle inbound service requests and prioritise urgent break‑fix activities
• Dispatch field technicians efficiently to meet customer needs
• Support O&M field labour activities when required
• Ensure service activities are recorded accurately and completed within SLA
