Real Estate Solicitor required in Worthing or Chichester. Salary: £45k-£60k depending on experience. PQE Level: NQ-3. Contract Type: Permanent. Working Hours: Full-time. Our client is a Legal 500-recognised firm known for its outstanding property practice and is looking to welcome a junior to mid-level real estate solicitor into a well-established and supportive team. Responsibilities
* Diverse caseload across landlord and tenant, lease transactions, refinancing, buying and selling business assets, and related matters.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Solicitor with PQE level up to 3 years (NQ-3).
* Interest in working within a property-focused practice and contributing to a collaborative team.
