* Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with learners, parents, and colleagues.
* Accurate record-keeping and reporting skills.
* Confidentiality and discretion in handling information.
* Ability to analyze verbal and numerical data effectively.

* Adaptability to new ideas and initiatives.
* Effective workload management and task completion within deadlines.

* Follow-up with learners during and after service delivery to ensure needs are met.
