We are looking for a hard-working hospitality professional, with a vibrant personality, who can lead an amazing Front of House team in this glamorous, New York inspired cocktail bar. The ideal candidate will have: Previous people management and hospitality experience. Experience managing a venue of high volume. Ability to understand guest’s needs. Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations. Ability to lead and coach a team. Good organisation and communication skills. Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade. Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development. Ability to communicate effectively with all departments, including Bar and Kitchen. Excellent financial acumen.
