Background
These roles sit within a specialist Salesforce environment focused on the Energy & Utilities sector. Due to the nature of the platform and industry requirements, standard Salesforce experience will not be sufficient.
We are specifically seeking candidates with hands-on experience in OmniStudio and Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, which are essential for success in these positions.
Key Requirements

* Proven experience working with Salesforce platform
* Strong expertise in:
* Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud
* Experience delivering solutions within complex, regulated environments
* Strong understanding of end-to-end Salesforce implementations
* Ability to work closely with stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
* Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform
* Configure workflows, automation, and user access
* Support business users and ensure system optimisation
* Work closely with developers and stakeholders to enhance functionality
