Paid Social Manager
Role: Paid Social Manager. Function: Media Buying | Meta & TikTok Ads | Acquisition Strategy.
Responsibility: Drive new customer growth through paid ads for our e-commerce clients. Reports to: Head of Paid Social. Location: Remote/Hybrid/flexible – Leeds Head Office & working-from-home options. Compensation: £30,000 – £40,000 + Audit Bonus Scheme + 26 Days Paid Holiday.

In 2023, we spent over £50m on Meta and TikTok ads profitably for our clients, including The Essence Vault, Art of Football, Bee Inspired, and many more.
On a day‑to‑day basis, you’ll have complete autonomy in formulating your clients’ acquisition strategies through Meta and TikTok advertising (some spending north of £200k per month). You’ll use powerful analytical tools such as Shopify reports, Triple Whale, and Motion to drive data‑driven decisions and hit CAC, NC‑ROAS, eROAS, and ad spend targets.
Main Accountabilities
* Ensure the success of a multitude of e‑commerce clients from a range of niches. Generating results under pressure is key.
* Strategise, build, and execute high‑spending Meta & TikTok ad campaigns, often spending over £2,000 per day per client.
* Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of clients.
* Communicate with clients regularly via Slack and Google Meet.
* Work closely with the Head of Acquisition to align on activity and progress.
* Provide expertise on current e‑commerce best practices – paid ads, retention strategies, creative, CRO, landing pages, product strategy, Shopify, analytical tools, etc.
* Keep up to date with e‑commerce best practices through training, research, and experimentation.
* Collaboratively communicate and partner across the company.

Success In 6, 12, 24 Months
* Consistently drive client performance, growing ad spend and revenue while maintaining profit margins.
* Lead weekly strategic reviews, question assumptions, and bring innovative ideas.
* Become a Senior Paid Social Manager, mentor juniors, and contribute unique processes or technologies.
Requirements
* Ownership of successes and failures, entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, attention to detail.
* Excellent leadership qualities and long‑term relationship building with clients.
* Self‑management and prioritisation of tasks.
Experience & Skills
* At least 1 year of experience running Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for e‑commerce brands at a high level.
* Previous agency experience is ideal; if not, experience with a 7–8 figure e‑commerce brand.
* Deep understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, and Triple Whale; extensive knowledge of high‑level e‑commerce operations and advertising strategies.
* Top‑notch research skills to quickly pivot between clients and stay current on industry trends.
