You are the absolute connector between global vision and UK strategy; being able to optimise the wide matrix of multi-functional working as well as managing C-suite from near and afar, involvement is going to be your innate skill. You already have the knowledge to direct £multi-million programmes in Trade Marketing excellence; your track record will be proven yet tested again to the full. Relentless high expectations of performance from others is where you get your energy. You will lead a vast team up to 30 people in pursuit of becoming the #1 ambient branded and retailer brand food business in a £3bn category.
