Wolves are seeking a talented and driven Digital Content Producer to join our progressive and innovative video team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a Premier League football club, delivering cutting-edge video content that engages millions of fans worldwide. With a strong focus on short-form and vertical video, the Digital Content Producer will spearhead the growth and strategy for the club's short-form social media video channels, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role will be pivotal in driving engagement, expanding our reach, and creating best-in-class content that resonates with diverse audiences across platforms. In addition to short-form content, the role may support creating video projects for the Wolves App, Wolves TV, and wider Wolves ventures & entertainment initiatives. Key responsibilities
* Support the strategy and creative direction for the club's short-form video channels, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring consistent growth and engagement.
* Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality, platform-specific vertical videos tailored to maximise reach and engagement.
* Capture behind-the-scenes content, player moments, and trending challenges that align with current social media trends.
* Produce real-time and post-match short-form content from matches, training sessions, and other events involving the first team, academy, and women's teams.
* Monitor performance analytics for short-form video platforms and use insights to refine and improve content strategy.
* Stay ahead of social media trends and innovations, ensuring Wolves' content remains relevant, fresh, and engaging.
* Work closely with the social media and communications teams to align content with broader digital campaigns and club initiatives.
* Ensure all video content adheres to Wolves' brand guidelines, tone of voice, and digital strategy.
* Contribute to video content creation for other Wolves platforms, including the Wolves App, Wolves TV and wider Wolves ventures & entertainment initiatives.
* Collaborate with the wider six-strong video production team, sharing best practices and ideas to elevate overall output.
* Maintain video production equipment and ensure efficient workflows for capturing and editing short-form content

Key relationships
* Head of content - Work under the strategic guidance of the Head of Content to align projects with the club's overarching digital and content strategy. Take ownership of selected high-profile and ambitious projects, ensuring their successful execution.
* Video Manager - Taking overall guidance from the Video Manager on video projects and other day-to-day shoots and tasks.
* Social Media Manager - Working collaboratively with the Social Media Manager to assist in the strategic development of short form video platforms.
* Motion Graphics Designer - Working collaboratively with the Motion Graphics Designer to develop motion graphic elements to elevate short form video content.
* Video Producers - Collaborate closely with fellow Video Producers on project planning, filming, and editing, fostering a team-oriented approach to content creation.
