Whatthe opportunity looks like:
Therole of the Packaging Coordinator will be to manage multiplepackaging projects across both our branded and own label portfolio.An exceptional ability to multitask and prioritise to deliverpackaging and mandatory projects within the preagreed timelines andbudgets. Ensuring that all componentry meets our requiredmanufacturing specifications and quality criteria.
Excellent attention to detail exceptionalcommunication skills with the ability to project managecrossfunctional teams from across the business. Workcollaboratively to drive both innovative and sustainable solutionsto packaging whilst ensuring that all packaging is legallycompliant to cope with the everchanging mandatory environment.Important to be confident to challenge the status quo to adhere toand develop process improvement ideas to help drive adherence andconsistency across the NPI process.
* Toproject manage the development implementation and delivery ofTamnavulin Lidl Whyte & Mackay Channel MDU packaging andmandatory projects ensuring that preagreed in market launch datesare met in full to the agreed budget.
* To ensurethat the development of all componentry fully meet our preagreedspecifications and quality standards to drive improvedmanufacturing line efficiencies.
* To work withbrand marketing Legal and design agencies to provide packagingguidance and solutions whilst ensuring artwork is signedoff in atimely manner to maintain project timelines.
* Tochampion and drive sustainable solutions for brand packaging toincrease our global marketshare.
Skills andexperience that will help you be asuccess:
For this role werelooking for:
* Previousproject managementexperience.
* Understandingof packaging and printpreferable.
* Organisedmethodical logical with the ability to prioritise and manage multiprojects.
* Highly organisedwith the ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively ona high number of fast paced and complexprojects.
