We're recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at a vibrant residential activity centre in Woodbridge. Based in Woodbridge, you'll take ownership of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality, nutritious meals are delivered to large groups. This Head Chef role offers structured split shifts, no late evenings and the chance to develop your leadership skills within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Head Chef, you will:
* Prepare and oversee delivery of nutritious meals
* Cater for dietary, medical and allergen requirements
* Maintain food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
* Lead the day-to-day running of the kitchen
* Support and develop junior team members
* Assist within a busy residential environment
What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Head Chef, you'll need:
* Previous xsngvjr experience as a Head Chef or senior Chef
* Strong knowledge of food hygiene and allergen control
* Confidence leading a team
* Ability to stay organised under pressure
* A flexible, team-focused approach
* Level 3 Food Safety qualification (desirable)
