What You'll Be Doing
* Allocating work to Technicians and ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met
* Working closely with Service Advisors to manage workflow and keep customers informed
* Monitoring workshop performance to ensure all jobs are completed within agreed timescales
* Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively
* Supporting the workshop team to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer care
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in the automotive industry, ideally as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator who can work effectively across departments
* A proactive leader who can motivate and support a team to achieve targets
* Professional, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction
