Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Office Manager in Milton Keynes to support a busy and well-organised school environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience in education who can confidently manage a wide range of school operations. An immediate start is available.

Salary: £26,-£35, per annum
Working Hours: Full-time (Term Time + additional weeks)

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the daily operations of the school office and ensure smooth, efficient administration.
2. Maintain attendance records, admissions data, safeguarding files, and pupil information.
3. Support HR administration, including recruitment checks, personnel files, and compliance processes.
4. Handle finance-related tasks such as invoicing, ordering, and basic budget monitoring.
5. Manage school communication channels, including letters, emails, phone enquiries, and reporting.
6. Supervise administrative staff and assist the Senior Leadership Team with operational tasks.
Essential Skills & Experience
7. Experience working in a school office or education administration role.
8. Strong working knowledge of MIS systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom.
9. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
10. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
11. Confident with Microsoft Office and familiar with GDPR/employment compliance.
12. Professional, adaptable, and proactive with a positive attitude.
