Job Overview
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in maths and various office software applications, including Sage Accounting Software, MS word and excel. We are 90% paper free, so computer skills and understanding are essential.
Duties
* Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
* Typing, formatting, and editing documents
* Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records, we are 90% paper free.
* Performing clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Skills
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Strong administrative and organisational abilities
* Competency in computerised systems for office tasks
* Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
* Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
The hours are, 8.30 to 4.30 Mon to Thursday, and 8.30 to 2pm Friday, but we can be flexible.
