About the Role:
We're looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our growing team, covering the North East region. This is a great opportunity to grow your own mini business within a business, open some new doors with new customers and continue to grow existing accounts
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a defined region with a real focus focusing on B2B sales into the Public Sector
2. Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders within a business
3. Be consultative and approachable - with an aim to maintain long lasting relationships
4. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
5. Provide accurate forecasting and territory reporting
What We're Looking For:
6. Proven experience in a field-based sales role, ideally within B2B distribution
7. A strong track record of selling into Public Sector clients (. local authorities, NHS, education,
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
9. Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
10. Full UK driving licence (company car provided)
