Job Description:
We are looking for a Renewal Account Manager to join our Intellectual Property team. This is an exciting opportunity to champion our IP products including CompuMark, Derwent, Innography, and Darts IP. If you have experience in maintaining successful client relationships, managing renewals, driving incremental revenue, and providing cross-functional insights on product and process improvements, we would love to hear from you!
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
* 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
* 5+ years in account management, business development, or renewals roles
* At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
Preferred Qualifications
* Understanding of consultative selling and strategic account management
* Experience in IP, subscription sales, or information services
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, making data-driven decisions
* Proficiency in Salesforce.com and relevant programs
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop action plans
Key Responsibilities
* Advocate for clients and Clarivate to ensure positive outcomes
* Identify and pursue upsell opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
* Manage renewal orders via SFDC and customer portals
* Provide weekly reports to management
* Conduct regular account reviews and provide status updates
* Continuously learn about Clarivate products and offerings
About the Team
This role reports to the Sr. Director, Renewal Sales, IP segment, collaborating across North America and EMEA teams.
Hours of Work
Full-time, permanent, hybrid role based in London, 2-3 days in the office per week.
