The Role
As an SEO Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of SEO strategy, performance and execution across key sports retail brands. You’ll work closely with the SEO Lead to shape the roadmap, drive organic growth and optimise site performance through technical SEO, content, and information architecture improvements. This role combines strategy and hands-on delivery, alongside line management responsibilities, performance reporting, and identifying new opportunities across the channel to drive traffic and revenue at scale.
The Person
This role is ideal for an experienced SEO professional with a strong technical foundation and a commercial mindset. You’ll be confident owning SEO performance on high-traffic sites, with experience across keyword strategy, technical optimisation, and data-led decision making. A natural problem solver and self-starter, you’ll be comfortable managing multiple projects, leading others, and working in a fast-paced environment where SEO plays a critical role in business growth.
