Scope of Work:
The freelancer will:
Identify and source relevant interview targets (12–15 total), including:
Property management companies
Integrated FM providers
Workplace/real estate asset managers
Industry associations (FM, property, workplace, ESG)
Potential exhibitors or strategic partners
Conduct structured telephone interviews minutes each).
Provide concise written summaries of each interview (AI notes and summaries fine), highlighting:
Interest level in a new Singapore-based exhibition
Likely participation (exhibitor, visitor, sponsor, partner)
Preferred timing and venue
Key growth drivers and barriers in the local FM market
Competitive event landscape
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience sourcing and securing interview participants
Strong telephone interviewing skills
Background in B2B research or commercial due diligence
Knowledge of the exhibition industry and/or property & facilities management sector in Asia preferred
Ability to deliver structured interview notes and insights
Deliverables:
Contact list of all interviewees
12–15 completed interviews
Interview summaries (2–3 pages total synthesis + individual notes)
Market feedback summary with key themes and recommendations
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
