Creative Arts Graduates Wanted
Drama. Music. Performing Arts. Creative Writing. Dance. Fine Art.
If you've studied a creative subject and you're wondering what comes next, this could be right up your street.
We're looking for enthusiastic, compassionate graduates to support children and young people across Swindon. Whether you're considering a future in teaching, therapy, youth work, educational psychology, or simply want to do something meaningful while building valuable experience, we'd love to hear from you.
You might not realise it, but graduates from creative backgrounds often thrive in education roles, because supporting children isn't just about academics. It's about communication, confidence, creativity, emotional expression, and building trust. The skills you've developed through drama, music, performing arts, and other creative disciplines can make a huge difference to pupils who need a different approach to learning.
Whether it's helping a child express themselves through creativity, using performance skills to engage reluctant learners, or bringing calm and confidence into challenging situations, your experience could have a real impact.

* A positive, adaptable approach and a willingness to get stuck in
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with young people
* Experience working with children or vulnerable adults is helpful, but not essential
* A genuine desire to support young people and help them succeed
