Job Title: Qualified (or in training) Teaching Assistants - Holiday Camps

Salary: £60 per day
We seek passionate teaching assistants to join our team and contribute to our holiday camps' success. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in working with children and young people, a creative approach to supporting educational activities, and the ability to build strong relationships with young participants.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of workshops and activities.
* Build positive relationships with children and young people, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
* Encourage active participation and provide guidance and support as needed.
* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of safeguarding principles and ensure the safety and well-being of all children and young people in your care.
* Represent LMP Action positively and contribute to the organisation's community presence.
Qualifications
About you
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship (or equivalent, qualified or in training).
* Previous experience working with children and young people.
* Strong support skills.
* Knowledge of safeguarding principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to providing enriching opportunities for children.
Requirements
* Enhanced DBS check (Essential).
* First Aid certification (Preferred but not essential).
