Requirements
The desired Behaviour Mentor will have:
* Experience working with secondary and primary school-aged children in schools.
* Experience working with pupils with SEND.
* A passion for the progress of SEND primary and secondary school pupils.
* An ability to work as part of a team.
* An ability to build rapport quickly with students.
* Key qualities such as patience, sympathy, and strong-willed attitude.
