As an Administrator, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues and curriculum teams to manage student data and provide a professional, customer-focused service. This is a varied and rewarding role where your contribution will directly support the success of our students and the smooth running of our college operations.
Essential Criteria
* Level 2 qualification in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience), with willingness to work towards Level 3.
* GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
* Recent experience in a student data-related or similar administrative role.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and databases.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Process student enrolments and maintain accurate records across FE, HE, and Apprenticeship programmes.
* Administer exams, timetables, course setups, and student transfers or withdrawals.
* Use student data systems to input and manage information throughout the student lifecycle.
* Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
