Fire Sprinkler Service Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Engineer with a background in servicing and repairing fire sprinkler systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills, along with a good understanding of engines, motors, and pumped systems, for a well-established company.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £33,150 - £41,990 per annum (£15.00 – £19.00 per hour), depending on experience. Benefits include a company van and a comprehensive package.
Location and Working Conditions
Various sites in and around Tamworth, Staffordshire, with extensive travel involved. Overnight stays may be required (1-2 nights per week), with a company van provided.
Job Details
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Thursday, and 9:00 am to 3:30 pm on Fridays.
Requirements: A full, valid driving license is essential.

Key Duties
* Perform weekly tests on fire sprinkler systems

Candidate Requirements
* Valid driver’s license
* Understanding of commercial sprinkler systems, engines, motors, and pumped systems
* Ability to perform manual inspections, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
* Strong attention to detail for issue detection and reporting
* Knowledge of fire panels and isolations
* Teamwork, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a proactive approach
* Ability to work under pressure, especially during emergencies
