Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Lower Key Stage 2 at a welcoming and supportive primary school in North Sheffield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled TA who is passionate about making a positive impact on children's learning and development during these crucial years.
The Role:
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
* Working with small groups and individual pupils to boost attainment
* Providing targeted support in literacy and numeracy
* Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment
* Assisting with classroom preparation and general duties
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Recent experience working within a primary school setting, ideally KS2
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum for Lower KS2
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach
