THE ROLE
As a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring timely and accurate implementation
* Utilise complex CDP environments such as Braze, Salesforce, Bloomreach and Hubspot to build and optimise campaigns
* Drive personalisation at scale through the deployment of always-on trigger campaigns
* Utilise analytical insights to identify opportunities for campaign iteration and optimisation
* Demonstrate a passion for understanding customer behaviour and leveraging insights to influence customers through the sales funnel
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Proven experience in a customer lifecycle marketing role
* Expertise in building and optimising campaigns in complex CDP environments
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and drive campaign optimisation
* Team management experience
* Strategic thinker
