đŒ About the Role
Weâre now looking for our first Tech Resourcer to join us and help scale our delivery operations, while learning directly from two deeply experienced recruitment leaders. Youâll play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent. Youâll support urgent searches, maintain a healthy candidate pipeline, and learn how to eventually run a full 360 desk. This is a rare opportunity to grow with a high-impact start-up and directly shape how we scale.
đ What Weâre Looking For
* 0.5 to 3 years of sourcing experience (agency or in-house)
* Curiosity and willingness to learn about technology and the talent market
* Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working across 2â3 roles at a time
* Ambition to grow into a full-cycle recruiter or team leader
Nice to Have - Basic understanding of software hiring and sourcing

* ÂŁ25,000 to ÂŁ28,000 base salary + commission (expected OTE circa ÂŁ50,000)
* Monthly uncapped commission with no threshold
* Fully Remote switching to hybrid (2 days a week in our Manchester office)
* Eligible for company shares after 4 years of service
