Tradewind are currently recruiting for a Male Teaching Assistant to work in a Southport secondary school rated 'Good' by Ofsted. The school are looking for a Male Teaching Assistant to work with a Year 8 pupil who has been assessed and it is felt that a male would be better suited to the child's needs. The role is to start immediately and is a longterm role until the end of the academic year. It is Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm. The successful Teaching Assistant would be working under the direction of the Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator. Your role would be to support the student's learning and manage their behaviour. with their academic learning. The successful candidate will ideally bring with them, experience working with young people and the ability to develop the students social, emotional and mental health.
