What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher – essential.
* Proven nursery management experience with demonstrable success in Ofsted inspections (Good or Outstanding).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and current best practices.
