About The Role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional guest experience and maintain operational excellence. You’ll help lead and motivate the team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and uphold the Bill’s brand standards. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-energy opening and grow your career in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the Store Manager in managing daily operations and driving performance.
2. Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere.
3. Assist with stock control, labour management, and compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.
4. Contribute to team development through coaching and training.
About You
The right candidate will:
5. Have experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality.
6. Be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
7. Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
8. Have good knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
