Multi-Functional role combining Reception and Postroom duties, primarily focusing on reception cover.
Reception: The role requires being the first point of contact, demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
Post Room: Responsibilities include sorting incoming and outgoing post/parcels within daily deadlines, maintaining documentation, and following processes to ensure high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering calls promptly and transferring them to the appropriate department.
2. Greeting visitors courteously, providing facility information, and ensuring they are familiar with safety procedures.
3. Maintaining security and access systems, responding to emails, and supporting site services and post room activities.
4. Distributing incoming post, managing outgoing post with logging for Royal Mail or Parcel Force, and generating reports.
5. Ordering supplies, managing finance figures, and updating spreadsheets.
