We’re looking for an experienced and adaptable Project Manager with experience with implementing Workday (Or similar) to lead the end-to-end delivery of a new Digital HR solution within a highly collaborative and fast‑paced environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a business‑critical transformation programme from RFP and supplier selection through to implementation, go‑live, and transition into BAU operations.
You’ll work closely with HR, Architecture, Commercial, Procurement, Finance, and external delivery partners to ensure successful delivery of a secure, scalable, and high‑quality solution.
Responsibilities
* Lead the full lifecycle delivery of a Digital HR / SaaS solution
* Manage RFP activities, supplier selection, and contract mobilisation
* Drive governance, planning, RAID management, reporting, and delivery assurance
* Coordinate delivery partners and systems integrators against milestones and contractual obligations
* Lead stakeholder engagement across senior business and technical teams
* Support cutover, go‑live, hyper‑care, and operational transition activities
* Work collaboratively with Product Owners and Solution Architects to align delivery with business and technical objectives
* Contribute flexibly across wider project activities within a lean delivery team environment
Qualifications
* Active SC Clearance
* Defence, Aerospace, or National Security environments
* Proven Project Management experience delivering COTS and/or SaaS HR solutions (Workday or similar)
* Experience operating within lean or small delivery teams
* Experience delivering at least two HR implementations from RFP through to live operation
* Strong supplier and delivery partner management experience
* Comfortable operating in Agile, Hybrid, or structured delivery environments
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive engagement
* Strong governance, financial control, and assurance experience
* Experience working in regulated, secure, or complex environments
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps and enterprise SaaS platforms
This role would suit a hands‑on Project Manager who enjoys solving problems, driving outcomes, and operating across both strategic governance and day‑to‑day delivery activities.
