Finance Assistant – Long-Term Temporary Role, minimum 8 months.
Location: Aylesford
Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-site: 5 days in the office
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a well-established organisation in Aylesford on a long-term temporary basis. This is an immediate start role and requires someone who is ready to contribute from day one.
Key Requirements:
* You MUST have experience using Sage Intacct.
* Applications without Sage Intacct experience will not be considered.
* Immediate availability is essential.
* Experience in Purchase Ledger is highly advantageous.
* Due to the location, own transport is ideal.
Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant:
* Supporting the finance team with day-to-day operations.
* Managing and processing purchase ledger invoices.
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries.
* Assisting with month-end procedures.
* Using Sage Intacct for financial data entry and reporting.
Ideal Candidate for the Finance Assistant Role:
* Proficient in Sage Intacct.
* Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Comfortable commuting to Aylesford daily.
