Flexi Inspection Operators – Swindon
Short-Term Contract
We’re urgently recruiting Inspection Operators to join our client in Swindon for a short-term assignment. This role involves 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rotation. Both day and night shifts are available.
Role Responsibilities
* Visually inspect packaging for defects (dents, broken/missing tablets, seal issues, etc.)
* Remove defective units and report findings to the shift supervisor
* Keep the inspection area clean and organised
* Check batch details including lot numbers and expiry dates
* Assist with changeovers between product batches when required
* Escalate any issues to supervisors or QA
* Follow GMP standards and site safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
* Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on/4-off pattern
* High attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual and able to start immediately
* Comfortable working in a GMP-regulated environment
