Overview
The role of an Assistant Café Manager is to help oversee and manage all aspects of a café's operations to ensure its smooth and successful functioning. Assistant Café managers are responsible for a wide range of tasks, combining leadership, operational, and administrative responsibilities. This role requires involvement in cooking as well as assisting the kitchen staff during peak periods.
Responsibilities
* Assist in performing stock inventory once a month
* Place orders with catering suppliers
* Support cooking activities and assist kitchen staff during peak periods
* Help oversee and manage all aspects of a café's operations
* Demonstrate leadership, operational, and administrative responsibilities
Qualifications
Having a Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable for this role.
