What We Look for in a Chef de Partie
We seek an experienced Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef ready for the next step, passionate about producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment. The successful candidate will:
* Champion excellent service through quality food.
* Demonstrate a passion for delivering fantastic food consistently.
* Be an active, hands-on Chef de Partie or Kitchen Supervisor.
* Show willingness to learn new skills, be a team player with excellent communication skills.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and specials.
* Have strong planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls regarding GP and labour.
* Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
