Responsibilities:
· Providing excellent customer service and using your expert knowledge to identify storage needs and deliver a solution. (Don't worry training will be provided)
· Confidently selling and communicating to potential and current customers, either face to face, over the phone or via email.
· Ensuring first impressions of the building and services provided are upheld to our industry leading standard.
· Assisting the store management team by completing daily/weekly/monthly administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the store.
· Accurate data entry and record keeping on our internal systems as well as being proficient in external software's including MS Office word, excel and outlook.
