Enterprise Risk MI Manager
Location: Central Bedfordshire (Hybrid Working)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced risk professional to join a leading financial services group as Enterprise Risk MI Manager.
This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering high-quality enterprise risk reporting, providing insight and assurance to senior stakeholders including the Executive Board, Audit & Risk Committee, and subsidiary boards.
You will be responsible for developing effective and efficient risk reporting processes that provide a clear and concise view of the Group’s risk profile, supporting informed decision-making and embedding a strong risk management culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the production, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise risk reporting for executive and board-level audiences.
* Aggregate and interpret risk data from across the Group, delivering clear, concise, and actionable management information.
* Support the design and monitoring of risk appetite statements and key risk metrics.
* Maintain and oversee policy governance, ensuring policies are regularly reviewed and approved.
* Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy through automation, improved data analysis, and system integration.
* Collaborate with senior leaders, second-line teams, and embedded Risk & Compliance colleagues to strengthen risk awareness and accountability.
* Monitor the performance and timeliness of risk data submissions and reporting outputs.
* Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practice in enterprise risk management and MI reporting.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong background in enterprise or operational risk management, ideally within financial services or another regulated environment.
* Experience in risk data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret complex information and present it clearly.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools; experience with automation or analytics software advantageous.
* Sound understanding of FCA and PRA regulatory requirements, including SYSC, Conduct Risk, and operational resilience.
* Professional qualification in risk management (e.g. IRM, CIRM, DIRM, CRISC) desirable.
