The Role
Are you ready to put your mechanical expertise to work where it truly makes a difference? We’re looking for Field Service Engineers who can help us drive efficiency and reduce costs across our operations. In this role, you’ll take on hands‑on tasks such as like‑for‑like replacements of pumps, mixers, valves, flow meters, pipework, electrical actuators, tank repairs and asset decommissioning.
This is a hands‑on, multi‑skilled role that demands flexibility, the ability to work independently, and readiness to operate in confined spaces. You’ll also contribute to both capital and operational projects, ensuring mechanical assets are designed, installed, and maintained to meet performance and reliability standards. Participation in an out‑of‑hours standby rota is part of the role.
If you’re bringing one core skill to us (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation) you’ll start on a salary of £38,462, but if you’ve got both disciplines, you’ll earn £44,320.
One core skill – don’t go anywhere – we will support you with training. Our dedicated team of training professionals will provide a tailored development plan to help you build your skillset and get you seen.
