Secondary Supply Teacher
Location: Chichester, West Sussex
A co-educational Church of England Secondary Academy located in Chichester, West Sussex is seeking a motivated Supply Teacher, dedicated to supporting the schools ongoing strong academic outcomes.
This opportunity is well suited to Early Career Teachers wishing to gain further experience, experienced teachers seeking flexible working arrangements, or educators looking to maintain their teaching practice while reducing workload.
The Role
As a supply teacher, you will be responsible for supervising pre-prepared lessons, maintaining a calm and purposeful classroom environment, and ensuring that students remain engaged in their learning. You will also be expected to follow the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies, collect completed work at the end of lessons, and provide feedback to teaching staff where appropriate.
