This Clinical Services Manager position is ideal for someone stepping up from Ward Manager level or an experienced Clinical Services Manager seeking broader responsibility across a service. Youll play a key role in driving standards, developing teams, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
The Role As a Clinical Services Manager, you will:
Lead the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the service
Oversee staffing, rota planning, and workforce compliance to ensure safe staffing levels
Drive clinical excellence through audits, governance processes, and continuous improvement
Manage referrals, incidents, and complaints in line with regulatory frameworks
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including nursing, psychology, and allied health professionals
Package & Benefits £55,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience

About the Service You will be joining a specialist mental health provider delivering high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs. The service offers a calm, structured, and therapeutic environment with a strong focus on recovery and outcomes.
About You Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with an active NMC PIN
Previous experience as a Ward Manager or similar leadership role
Strong background within mental health or specialist services
Experience in clinical governance, audits, and regulatory compliance
