Open until 3am every single night, Alfie’s is where the city comes to let loose. Students, hospitality heroes, after-work crowds, loyal locals and weekend party seekers all under one roof and usually in our buzzing garden. From our American pool table, photo booth and interactive darts, all the best sport of our tv screens to Karaoke on Sunday–Thursday evenings or weekends with our resident DJs… we don’t just host nights out, we own them. What we’re looking for Now we’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Deputy Manager who can bring the same energy, leadership and late-night edge as the venue itself. As the successful Deputy Manager, you will: Have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service Take a proactive, hands-on approach to team management Thrive in a fast-paced late-night environment Be enthusiastic and driven to continue the success of the business Play a key role in training and developing our team to ensure they deliver consistently brilliant experiences We’re looking for someone committed to building a long-term career in hospitality — and in return, we’ll support your growth every step of the way. We cross-train all senior team members to support the kitchen when needed, so kitchen experience is an advantage (but not essential).
