THE ROLE
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Campaign Leadership: Lead and manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, from strategic development to execution and performance reporting.
Talent & Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and clients, acting as the day-to-day lead on key projects.
Budget & Process Management: Oversee campaign budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage payment tracking and timelines.
Talent Discovery & Analytics: Use influencer discovery platforms and data tools to identify relevant talent, monitor content performance, and provide strategic recommendations.
Reporting & Insights: Deliver detailed post-campaign reports with actionable insights and learnings.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with PR and digital teams to ensure influencer strategy is aligned with broader campaign goals.
Event Support: Attend and assist at shoots, activations, and events across the UK, Europe, and internationally.
Content Monitoring: Track influencer content as it goes live, including during evenings and weekends when required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
Industry Experience: Proven experience in influencer marketing within the music, fashion, events, or youth culture sectors.
Exceptional Organisation: Strong multitasker with excellent time management and the ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously.
Tech-Savvy: Confident using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and influencer discovery platforms and databases.
Data-Led: Skilled in analysing performance metrics and translating data into clear insights and recommendations.
Problem Solver: Able to think on your feet and adapt quickly in high-pressure or live event situations.
Strong Communicator: Confident in liaising with talent, clients, and internal teams; outstanding written and verbal communication.
Detail-Oriented: Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Direct experience working with festivals, events, or record labels
An established network of influencer and creator contacts across the UK and Europe
Comfortable managing talent on-site at shoots, activations, or live events
