Potensis is delighted to partner with an award winning Mixed Use Developer who, for the last 20 years has built an excellent reputation for place-making and delivering design led projects throughout the capital.
Due to expansion they are looking to add a Head of Estate Management to their existing team.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Monitoring Managing Agents’ performance to ensure timely resolution of issues, in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirement
2. Conducting monthly consultations with internal and external stakeholders, including RSL’s and other freeholders to collaborate on the specific needs of each development
3. Designing and setting up resident portals prior to project completion and handover
4. Support the design of new projects to ensure that estate management issues are factored into the design of new projects
5. Support the review of Estate Management facilities on existing and upcoming developments
6. Facilitating regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure project progress and high standards are consistently maintained
7. Contributing to the tendering and appointment of Managing Agents for upcoming developments, including management agreements
