Your Newpany:We are looking for enthusiastic andpassionate Support Workers to join a dedicated team in Kidwelly. They provide round the clock care to a diverse range of service users, including individuals with learning disabilities, autism,plex needs and challenging behaviour.
The service users are vibrant and active, often enjoyingmunity activities such as bowling, cinema trips, singing and dancing. If you are passionate about making a difference, this is the place for you.
Your New Role:As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering service users of all ages and personalities. You will help them celebrate their individuality and live in line with their support plans.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting social, educational and work related activities to enhance emotional, cultural and physical well‑being
2. Providing personal care when required
3. Assisting with general housekeeping and domestic duties
Shifts are varied, including long days, wakeful nights and occasional sleep‑ins, offering flexibility and variety in your working week.
