This is a key leadership role overseeing technical project delivery from concept to manufacture, with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading and mentoring a multi-skilled design team
• Managing project delivery and budgets
• Collaborating with Production, Manufacturing & Sales
• Driving quality, compliance, and process improvement
• Leading innovation in new and existing product development
